The dynamic nature of being human is complex and amazing. Life throws at us a bunch of curveballs and we may not always know how to deal with them! In this space, there will be no pressure on you to have the facade of seeming composed and put together.
I want you to know that you are not alone. You will be seen, listened to, understood and unconditionally accepted. A safe, comfortable and non-judgemental space will be created for you to help you wholly experience what you are going through.
You will be provided a therapeutic mirror to take a look at yourself through different perspectives. Helpful questions will be asked while also holding space for silence when necessary. There may be laughter and there may be tears shed. We may be uncomfortable sometimes and at times be comfortable with our discomfort.
